Important Information Governing Bookings, Payments, Cancellations, and Use of Our Travel Services

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including travel bookings, tour packages, and other services offered by Merair Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the service.
Final payments must be made within the specified deadline before travel.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in currency, taxes, fuel costs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed in your travel package details.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply based on the supplier’s or partner’s policy (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period after deduction of cancellation charges.
No refund will be given for unused services or no-shows.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary documents for your travel.
We are not liable for issues caused by improper documentation or denied boarding.
Any special requests (e.g. meals, room preferences) are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
You may request changes to your booking, but these are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries or accommodations where necessary.
In the case of major changes or cancellations by us, you will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g. airlines, hotels).
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses arising from acts of God, government actions, weather, or other causes beyond our control.
Your participation in tours is at your own risk.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and loss of baggage.
We reserve the right to decline service or remove a traveler from a tour in the event of misconduct or behavior that may harm others or the reputation of our company.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
