All bookings are subject to hotel availability and confirmation at the time of reservation.
Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking and may vary depending on hotel policy and availability.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel rules and may incur extra charges.
Room allocation (Single/Double/Triple sharing) will depend on the hotel’s room category and availability.
Any special requests (smoking/non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, extra beds, etc.) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Hotel amenities (Wi-Fi, breakfast, pool, parking, etc.) depend on the chosen property and may vary by location.
ID proof of all guests is mandatory as per local government regulations.
Merair will provide invoices only for the amount paid to us. Any extra charges paid directly at the hotel (minibar, laundry, meals, etc.) will not be invoiced by Merair.
Free cancellation is allowed until the time specified by the hotel (usually 24–72 hours before check-in).
In case of late cancellation or no-show, charges will be as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Merair’s service/convenience fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
For group bookings, cancellation terms may vary and will be informed at the time of booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after confirmation from the hotel.
Merair acts as a booking facilitator between the client and the hotel. Final services and amenities are provided directly by the hotel.
Merair is not liable for service quality issues, disputes over amenities, or operational issues at the hotel.
Liability is limited only to the extent of booking and refund of the booking amount as per the hotel’s cancellation/refund policy.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Merair’s operational city.
