No need to pay Toll Tax, State Tax, or other similar charges to the driver (for all-inclusive bookings).
Parking charges and Airport Entry Charges, if applicable, are excluded and must be paid directly to the driver.
Exceeding the allotted km limit will incur additional charges at Rs.10/km.
Night charges of Rs.250 per night apply for travel between 09:00 PM – 6:00 AM (payable directly to the driver).
Waiting charges apply after the cab reaches the boarding point. First 15 minutes are free, thereafter Rs.2 per minute (payable to driver).
In case of partial advance payment, the balance amount must be cleared before the trip begins at pickup.
Collect receipts directly from the driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra km paid. Merair will not issue invoices for such amounts.
Any grievances or claims related to cab travel must be reported to Merair within 24 hours of travel completion.
Cab type booked will be honored (Sedan/SUV/etc.), but specific models (Dzire, Etios, Innova, etc.) are subject to availability.
AC may be switched off in hilly areas to ensure vehicle safety.
Luggage allowance: 1 bag (Hatchback), 2 bags (Sedan), 3 bags (SUV).
Fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, CNG) is not guaranteed; cabs are allotted based on availability.
Pets are not allowed in the cab.
Pickup may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to traffic or unavoidable circumstances.
Driver details will be shared up to 2 hours before departure.
Passengers are solely responsible for managing their schedules. Merair is not liable for any compensation due to delays or missed appointments.
Free cancellation till 24 hours before departure.
Merair will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, traffic jams, or road blockages.
Merair reserves the right to cancel or change a booking at any time.
No modifications/amendments to the booking are allowed once confirmed.
In case of trip cancellation, Merair’s liability is limited to a refund of the booking amount only.
All booking-related queries will be handled by Merair.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Merair’s operational city.
Partner offers/discounts (if applicable) will be subject to Merair’s terms and conditions.
