Group bookings require complete passenger details (Name, Age, Gender, ID/Passport details) at the time of reservation.
Valid passport and visa (for international cruises) are mandatory. Merair will not be responsible for denial of boarding due to incomplete documents.
Cabin allocation (Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, Suite) is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Special requests (adjacent cabins, dietary preferences, etc.) are subject to cruise line approval.
Onboard amenities, entertainment, and dining vary as per cruise line policies.
Extra charges for excursions, specialty dining, beverages, Wi-Fi, or premium services must be paid directly to the cruise line.
Merair will provide invoices for booking amounts paid directly to us. Additional onboard expenses are billed by the cruise operator.
Cancellation charges apply as per the cruise operator’s policy, which may vary depending on booking class and departure date.
Merair’s service/convenience fee is non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after confirmation from the cruise operator.
Group booking cancellations often have stricter terms and may result in partial or no refunds.
No modifications/amendments are allowed once cabins are confirmed. A fresh booking is required.
Merair will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes made by the cruise line.
Merair acts as a facilitator for cruise ship bookings. Final services and onboard experiences are provided by the cruise operator.
Operational issues such as itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, or onboard service quality are the responsibility of the cruise line.
Merair’s liability is limited to the extent of booking management and refund processing as per cruise operator rules.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Merair’s operational city.
