Absolutely. We have on-ground partners in 30+ countries and regularly execute events in Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Switzerland, and across Europe. We handle venue sourcing, local vendor coordination, travel logistics for attendees, and on-site management — all from a single point of contact.

For large-scale events (200+ attendees), we recommend 3–6 months' lead time. Medium events (50–200) need 6–12 weeks, and smaller gatherings can be organised in 3–4 weeks. Venue availability is usually the biggest constraint, so earlier is always better for securing your first-choice location.

Yes, we provide full production services — stage design, lighting, sound systems, LED screens, live streaming, and on-site technical crew. We work with trusted AV partners in every market and manage all technical rehearsals to ensure a seamless event day.

Our proposals are fully transparent and itemised — venue hire, catering, AV and production, décor, staffing, travel logistics, and our management fee. There are no hidden costs. We work within your budget and offer options at different price points so you can make informed decisions.
