Day1-Begin Your Tour | Arrive Amman
Welcome to your Merair Travel & Tours 'Jordanian Treasures' tour! Your Merair Travel & Tours representative greets you at the 'meeting point' at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel. (check in after 1400 hrs). (D)

Day2-In Amman | Jerash | Ajlun | Amman City Tour
Today, depart for Jerash. See the Roman Army and Chariot Show (RACE) . Then proceed to see the lovely Oval Plaza, the Temple of Zeus, and the South Theater, which seats more than 3,000 spectators. Walking through the Colonnaded Street, you can see the Market Place, the Omayyad residential quarter, a 4th century AD cathedral, St. Theodores Church, the Nymphaeum the North Theater. After Jerash, proceed to visit the stronghold of Qala'at ar-Rabad in Ajlun. Back in Amman, proceed on a city tour, starting with the oldest part of Amman, which is crowned by the Citadel. See the ancient ruins of the Temple of Hercules that dates back to AD 161, the Byzantine Church, the fascinating Archaeological Museum which houses an excellent collection of the antiquities of Jordan. At the foot of the Citadel is the 2nd century AD Roman Theater. Visit the old Bazaars and drive through the modern Western side of Amman. (B, D)
Day3-Onto Petra | Madaba | Mount Nebo | Dead Sea
This morning, leave Amman, driving south to Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics. Visit the greatest and most significant of all the city's treasures, the wonderful mosaic map of ancient Palestine, which is located on the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Proceed to Mount Nebo and visit the remains of the mosaic floors with stunning designs that feature hunting and pastoral scenes, found in the small church, built by the early Christians in the 4th century AD. Next drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth at 421 meters below sea level. Its high salt content will enable you to float without any effort. Continue to Petra and check-in to your hotel. Day4-In Petra | Petra Tour
Today, explore the Nabatean city of Petra. The tour starts on horseback, passing by the Obelisk Tomb and then proceeding on foot through the Siq - the narrow gorge that leads to Petra's most impressive monument, the Treasury. Then on to the Street of Facades, the Theater, the Royal Tombs, the Colonnaded Street, the Byzantine Church, the Temple, the Monumental Arch and Qasr el-Bint Faroun. In the afternoon, climb up to the gigantic 1st century AD monument of the Monastery El Deir. (B, D)
Day5-Onto Aqaba | Little Petra | Wadi Rum
Drive to Little Petra, in ancient times the suburb of Petra and have a short walk in this bizarre landscape, which has been settled since 9000 BC. Next, drive to Wadi Rum, one of the world's most colorful and unique landscapes of desert and mountain scenery. Tour through its colored sands by Bedouin four-wheel drive vehicles, visiting on the way El-Ein (Lawrence's Spring), El- Khazali Canyon with its Thamudic rock Nymphaeum, Jerash Khazali, Wadi Rum on your Jordanian Treasures Tour inscriptions and the small Rock Bridge. Transfer to Aqaba and check-in to your hotel. (B, D)
Day6-Onto Amman
Aqaba is Jordan's only seaport and is famous for its unique marine life and attractive duty free shopping. The morning is at leisure for you to relax by the beach. In the late afternoon depart for Amman. (B, D)
