Changi (SIN) has multiple direct daily flights from Bengaluru on Singapore Airlines, IndiGo and Air India, around four and a half hours. Changi itself is worth arriving early for.
Singapore sits one degree north of the equator, so there is no real season. February to April is marginally drier. Rain when it comes is heavy and brief. Book around the Formula 1 weekend in September if you want lower rates.

Singapore is multicultural and relaxed about dress, though temples and mosques require covered shoulders and knees. Tipping is not expected as service charge is usually included.
